Discovery Course
Discover the paragliding world in the discovery course or take it if you already tried paragliding and want to know if you want to be a pilot. On this course, you’ll learn to lift and control the wing and to accelerate until your feet leave the ground. You will do an instructed tandem flight where you will experience zero gravity and reaching an altitude of 350 metres. You will receive basic theory classes with educational videos that teach you the basics of flight’s mechanics. All courses are taught by qualified instructors from the Catalan Air Federation (Federació Aèria Catalana) and appear in the Official Registry of Sports Professionals. The course takes two days and includes 8 hours of practice and 2 hours of theory. If you decide to continue with the Beginner Course, you will benefit from a discount. The price includes the rental of: paraglider for beginners, school harness, helmet, guiding radios and a civil responsibility insurance and educational material.

Beginner Course
You will experience your first solo flights; you’ll learn to practice the take-off and landing techniques on the ground. You’ll do an educational tandem flight with your instructor, supported with theory classes and theory videos.
Duration
6 days, 10 flights (an instructed tandem flight included), 18 hours practice and 6 hours theory. The price includes the rental of paraglider for beginners, school harness, helmet, guiding radios and Flight Record Book.
Progression Course
ou’ll become confident with the paraglider, reinforce your knowledge and fly higher, control the movements provoked by the sours and conduct manoeuvres to lose altitude. You will do an educational tandem flight with your instructor, who will demonstrate the manoeuvres, all supported with theory classes and educational videos.
Duration
6 days, 20 flights (an instructed tandem flight), 22 hours of practice and 2 hours of theory. The price includes the rental of paraglider for beginners, school harness, helmet and guiding radios. It is required to have the Beginner Course Certification and the Flight Record Book with the flights stamped by a School.
Advanced Course
You’ll become confident with the paraglider, reinforce the knowledge acquired in previous courses and begin to gain altitude in hours of thermal updraft. You’ll begin to control the movements provoked by the rising thermals and to conduct manoeuvres to lose altitude. We will prepare you for the Advanced Student Exam done by the FAC. You will do an instructed tandem flight with a pilot, demonstrating you the manoeuvres, supported with theory classes and educational videos.
Duration
6 days, 20 flights (an instructed tandem flight), 22 hours of practice and 2 hours of theory. The price includes the rental of paraglider for beginners, school harness, helmet, guiding radios. It is required to have the Beginner Course Certification and the Flight Record Book with a minimum of 30 flights stamped by a School.
